REGISTER WITH RECRUITMENT SYSTEM – IRK

COLLECT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• personal questionnaire,
• contract on the conditions of studying (2 copies)
• request for the entry on the list of students,
• photocopy of the maturity diploma ,
• students oath certificate,
• confirmation of the recruitment fee .

WHILE CONSIDERING FOREIGNERS, PLEASE ATTACH ALSO:

• copy of passport,
• copy of visa, residency card or other residence title,
• copy of the Pole’s Card (if there is any),
• copy of the insurance policy or the European Health Insurance Card (or declaration on joining National Health Fund),
• copy of the certificate of Polish language competence Level C1, f.ex.:

• – copy of the confirmed certificate of Polish language competence (www.certyfikatpolski.pl),
• – certificate confirming completion of the one-year course preparing to undertake studies in Polish (list of entities conducting yearly courses),
• – diploma or other document confirming graduation from secondary school or studies with Polish as a language of instruction.

ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN THE FORM OF LEGIBLE COPIES. ORIGINALS (OR NOTARIZED COPIES) SHOULD ALSO BE SUBMITTED FOR THE INSPECTION .
