REGISTER WITH RECRUITMENT SYSTEM – IRK

COLLECT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• personal questionnaire,
• contract on the conditions of studying (2 copies)
• request for the entry on the list of students,
• photocopy of the maturity diploma ,
• students oath certificate,
• confirmation of the recruitment fee .

WHILE CONSIDERING FOREIGNERS, PLEASE ATTACH ALSO:

• copy of passport,
• copy of visa, residency card or other residence title,
• copy of the Pole’s Card (if there is any),
• copy of the insurance policy or the European Health Insurance Card (or declaration on joining National Health Fund),
• copy of the certificate of Polish language competence Level C1, f.ex.:

• – copy of the confirmed certificate of Polish language competence (www.certyfikatpolski.pl),
• – certificate confirming completion of the one-year course preparing to undertake studies in Polish (list of entities conducting yearly courses),
• – diploma or other document confirming graduation from secondary school or studies with Polish as a language of instruction

ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN THE FORM OF LEGIBLE COPIES. ORIGINALS (OR NOTARIZED COPIES)SHOULD ALSO BE SUBMITTED FOR THE INSPECTION.

RECEIVING INFORMATION RELATED TO ENTRY ON THE STUDENTS LIST WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL MATURITY CERTIFICATE
