Conditions of the recruitment and foreign trips for academic teachers and administrative employees.
WITHIN ERASMUS+ PROGRAM, THE UNIVERSITY OF LAW CONDUCTS TWO KINDS OF TRIPS
1. Trip for academic teachers related to conducting classes (so-called STA)
- is possible solely at the foreign partner universities
- if the stay lasts a week or less, teacher is obliged to conduct at least 8 hours of classes
- before leaving academic teacher is obliged to submit a Teaching Program approved by the home and partner university
2. Employees’ trip for training purposes (so-called STT)
- is possible in foreign institutions such as enterprises, organizations or educational institutions (including universities having the ECHE card) in order to improve working skills and qualifications, exchange experiences, broaden knowledge (participation in seminars, training, workshops, work shadowing visits etc.)
- academic teachers can leave to foreign universities having the ECHE card or non-academic institutions in order to improve academic skills, exchange experiences, broaden knowledge (participation in seminars, training, workshops etc.)
- the basis of applying for this kind of trip is individual work plan prepared by the academic teacher. The plan must be approved by the home and partner university as well as signed by the both institutions and the teacher
- training trips are possible solely to institutions which have entered into a cooperation agreement
EMPLOYEES ENTITLED TO GO:
academic researchers, academic teachers (full-time and supernumerary) and administrative employees.
Trips can be implemented as: foreign trips to universities or other partner institutions for training purposes or for the purposes related to improving skills and qualifications (Staff training mobility).
Employee applying for the program should submit:
- travelling abroad order
- request for a short-term paid leave
- individual agreement related to teaching program or training signed by the partner university/institution
- information about the bank account on which financial resources related to the trip will be transferred
Before departing employee is obliged to:
- have a health insurance based on the European Health Insurance Card or other
- no later than two weeks before the date of departure enter into a financial agreement with the university related to conducting classes or taking part in training
- by the time of preparing the agreement, submit final version of the individual agreement related to teaching program or training approved by all parties
APPLICATIONS ARE EXAMINED BY THE RECRUITMENT COMMISSION APPOINTED BY THE RECTOR
After returning employee is obliged to:
- settle the costs of the stay
- submit confirmation related to the amount of conducted classes
- submit attestation related to the length of the stay, including: employee’s name and surname, purpose of the trip, activities conducted within the trip, date of departure and return
- file Employee’s Individual Report
